2.     Membership fees is not refundable in any case.

3.     GLOBAL Earn InfoTech can add, withdraw or amend any of the benefits 

        provided by the company or change the policy, rules and regulations of the

        company without the prior information to its members, and you are liable to

        obey them.

4.     Company require each & every member to comply with all applicable laws, 

        regulation and ordinance implemented time to time.

5.     The member shall not be employee of the company.

6.     Each member shall be personally responsible for filling all necessary central, 

        state and local tax returns and paying of all applicable taxes on earning from

        company.

7.     All Courier / Postal charges and bank charges are to be borne by the member.

8.     Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any person without

        explaining any reason.

9.     Company can suspend or terminate the membership of any person if found

        harmful for the company by his/her acts and deeds or intentionally trying to 

        harm the company or actively participating/ working in the similar type of

        networking/multilevel company. Payment earned by that member will go to

        company’s accounts.

10.    All the dispute are subject to Beawar jurisdictions.

11.    Online Earning plan payment will be made to you directly from the concern

        website or company in America, Australia, U.K. and other Countries in your

        own address.

12.    GLOBAL Earn InfoTech is a only consultant of various companies which 

        provide  Data Processing job. Data Processing Job payment will be made to

        you directly from the concern website or company.

13.    GLOBAL Earn InfoTech shall not be responsible for any investment made by

        member on infrastructure, computers, employee, phone, internet connection

        or any expenditure related to execution of internet work.

                              I undertake to read and familiarize myself with the policies & procedures as well as Terms & conditions before engaging in any activity as a Global Earn InfoTech agent / member. I also agree to abide by amendments there to published or notified by Global Earn InfoTech from time to time.

I accept the right of Global Earn InfoTech to reject this application as a Global Earn InfoTech agent / member at it absolute discretion and without being required to give any reason thereof.
